It is an employer-sponsored benefit plan designed for groups of three or more. The plan provides $1,000,000 of coverage per certificate period with a full range of benefits, provides coverage 24 hours a day, and you have the freedom to choose any doctor or hospital for treatment.
Additionally, you have access to more than 17,000 providers when seeking treatment outside the U.S. using our International Provider AccessSM (IPA). You can also reduce your out-of-pocket costs when seeking treatment in the U.S. by locating providers through the independent Preferred Provider Organization.
